Tuesday partly cloudy, breezy and warmer. Afternoon temperatures are forecast to hold in the mid 40s. Gusty winds will develop along the front range foothills late in the day and carry into the evening. A HIGH WIND WATCH will be posted for the front range foothills Tuesday evening.
